Proudly Australian-owned and operated for over 25 years, we run our export-registered warehousing facility in Marrickville, NSW, where we import, select, tube and distribute natural sausage casings to butchers, meat suppliers, sausage manufacturers and home sausage makers both internationally and nationwide.
With our own domestically sourced casings, we control the casing manufacturing process ‘end to end’, from the abattoir through to delivery. Every natural casing that passes through our plants in NSW, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria is given a stringent specification check and assigned a batch reference number as part of our QA HACCP certification.
