Superior has both whiskered and whisker-free, long-stranded, Super A natural hog casings — rigorously selected for strength and quality. When filling, whiskered pork casings provide added robustness, making them ideal for thicker linked sausages and smoked sausages. Our whisker-free Super A hog casings have a clearer texture and more refined appearance, making them the preferred choice for premium gourmet sausages that require an elevated visual finish. All our natural hog casings are available in sizes ranging from 24mm to 44mm.
