Natural Hog Casings

Our natural hog casings are processed directly from the abattoir through our cleaning operations across Australia and New Zealand, which have AQIS, Ausmeat and USDA accreditations. After initial cleaning and salting, the casings are transported to our export-registered selecting plant and head office/warehouse in Marrickville, NSW. Here, they’re carefully re-selected, salted again and ready for dispatch.
